When we first encountered tenkara rods, Mike and I were instantly enthralled. We took every chance we could to push the limits of what we could do on our local waters and species. It wasn't long until we decided we wanted to share the fun with others, and after not too long we started Badger Tenkara with the intent of making tenkara rod fishing accessible and welcoming for as many people as we could.

Sorry to see you go Matt. I have used my Bad Ace a lot and I’m still waiting to get a bid stealhead on my Wisco2. I’d like to get some spare sections and tips if possible for both. I’ve never broke one yet. Please let me know the cost. Thx and good luck. 👍

Very, very sorry to see this. The two of you have been living proof that competitors can still be friends.

Sorry to hear this news - I know just how much effort and passion goes into serving the tenkara community through self-employed business.

Sad to see this come to an end. The three Badger Tenkara rods I own are some of my favorites. I really appreciated the time, effort, teaching, and caring that you put into sharing your knowledge, skills and experiences with others. Best of luck with whatever is next. I hope to see you often on the local waters.

What about the crowdfunding rods from that website Thrinacia Reach back on October 2018? Are the rods going to be shipped out or our money refunded? I paid for a rod and haven't received anything. Fishing season is open after our Colorado Blizzard passes.

Purchased my first Tenkara Classic from you all and I was referring you all to a friend when I came upon this. Sorry to hear your awesome products are no longer available, good luck on future ventures. Thank you for helping me experience one of the most enjoyable ways to fish!
